Story Base Once upon a time, there lived a fox spirit with nine tails. And he was so powerful that whenever he shook those tails, landslides and tsunamis would result. The suffering people gathered the great shinobi clans to fight this menace. Finally, risking his life, one ninja was able to imprison its soul by sealing the demon fox into the belly of his newborn son, Uzumaki Naruto. Having defeated the demon, the brave shinobi died. He was Namikaze Minato, the fourth Hokage, the Fire Shadow, and champion of the Village Hidden in the Leaves.
SPOILER WARNING: Our site plot is based on a possible outcome of the Fourth Great Shinobi World War. Events in the following summaries are a combination of story-fact and fan-fiction. It's highly recommended for all members to have read the Naruto manga up to Japanese released chapter #530. Read on at your own risk.
Site Plot The Fourth Great Shinobi War is finally brought to an end when Lady Tsunade, the fifth Hokage, sacrifices herself to seal Uchiha Madara's powers and drop him into a deep coma. In the aftermath of the war, while the other countries gathered their dead and tally their losses, the Hokages' council met with the Land of Fire daimyo and selected the sixth fire shadow: Hatake Kakashi.
On his council's advice, Kakashi had Madara brought back to the Leaf Village, hoping that his body could help them better understand both his powers and the mysterious eternal mangekyo he was so famous for. Maybe they would be able to uncover something that would improve their chances of capturing the infamous Leaf Village rebel, Uchiha Sasuke, who possessed similar eyes.
Naruto, who'd expected to be named Hokage himself, returned to Konoha empty-handed. He didn't have Sasuke, Sakura still consistently rejected him and he'd have to wait until his master's death before he could become the seventh Hokage. Maybe he's just feeling a little bitter, but people have begun to notice his strange mood...
